Climate Change
This site is firmly of the opinion that there is a current climate change emergency also known as global warming.
We accept that in the past there has been dramatic changes in the environment - perhaps of a cyclic nature over very long periods of time (many thousands of years). These historic changes, such as the ice age, would have been generated by very large external forces such as the amount of activity of the sun and the ability of our planet to radiate back into space. The ability to radiate heat back into space is governed by the "health" of our atmosphere.
The composition of our atmosphere has dramatically changed over very recent years due to the rapid increase in world population and our prolonged lifespan coupled with lifestyle aspirations, use of resources and greed. It is these aspects that we as a World Community need to come together and address with a similar resolve to how we are endeavouring to combat the current Coronavirus.
